My all time favorite cookies are Peanut Butter cookies. Not a cookie we made at Christmas time though. I remember making Sugar cookies, rolling out the dough, using cookie cutters to cut them into Christmas Shapes, and decorating them with colored frosting and small candies. I also made cookies shaped like Candy Canes using cookie dough that was colored red and green. Ah, fun to make and fun to eat!
